“Jumar went that extra mile for me. They were genuinely interested in my requirements and had a real empathy for what I was looking for.”

CA Gen GUI client development (5 days)

This course follows on from the CA Gen Server Development course, using the same case study model to develop GUI windows.  The course explains the action diagram statements used in event processing to control the user interface, how to design windows and how to set up the dialogs between different procedures.  It also explains how to use templates to aid productivity and details of packaging, construction and testing with Gen.

As with the server course, the material includes lots of closely supervised practical exercises to give attendees practice using Gen for themselves and ensure they have understood what they have learnt in the lecture sessions.

The current course material is based on version 7.6 of Gen, but prior versions are also available if required.
