Jumar:Xtras BulkUpdate for CA Gen Jumar:Xtras BulkUpdate is a powerful model viewing and editing tool for CA Gen developers. It allows the user to quickly and easily perform bulk operations on a model, such as editing Entity descriptions or setting Exit State messages. Used in combination with Microsoft Excel it allows detailed examination and export/import of the contents of models (user-selected object types, properties and associations), and bulk update of object property values. It is also a valuable QA tool, allowing missing or inconsistent property values to be easily spotted and corrected. Operating either as a standalone program (all Gen versions) or as a plug-in (Gen 6.5 and later versions only), Jumar:Xtras BulkUpdate can be used to make large-scale changes to models in a fraction of the time it would normally take using the Gen toolset alone. All model contents can be accessed. Subsets of model information can be defined and viewed in an accessible List View format. From here the model data can be updated directly or exported to Excel for analysis, editing, spellchecking, etc. and then re-imported.
